BUSINESS
Opening
Il Primo
The oldest coffee shop in town, and one of our favorites, is Il Primo Espresso Cafe.
One of their locations sits at the corner of Central and Woodlawn and although they are undergoing a facelift, they have been open through the drive-thru and are now open again in the lobby.
It also hasn’t stopped a group of five men from meeting at their daily weekday hang out spot.
They were just meeting parking lot until the lobby was open, but have no moved back inside.
The lobby will close again for 2-3 weeks in August before reopening for good.

CIVIL
Neighborhood Cleanup
A few spots around town including South Broadway, Hilltop, and Planeview have historically been spots for illegal dumping.
The Wichita City Council just approved a city-funded neighborhood clean up event to help clean up these areas.
